Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify the professional values of future teachers and medical men in university education. To achieve the objectives of the study a review of publications devoted to the problem of the formation of professional values among students of pedagogical and medical universities is carried out. The breadth of topics in various studies is revealed, the relevance of studying the values of specialists in helping professions in a dynamically changing world is determined. The study was carried out using the methods «Value Orientations» (M. Rokeach), «Diagnostics of the Interactive Orientation of the Personality» (N. E. Shchurkova, modified by N. P. Fetiskin) and the questionnaire «My Holidays» (T. G. Khomyakova). 100 students of the Pedagogical University and 150 students of the Medical University were surveyed. The results of the study made it possible to assess the compliance of the value orientations of future teachers and medical men with professional requirements.

Abstract

The study of the concept of «teamwork» is of great importance in the formation of super-subject skills of university students. The article confirms the national importance of developing the ability to work in a team for various specialties, including medical ones. The analysis of scientific articles, dissertations on similar topics revealed differences in the structural and conceptual composition of teamwork. The issue of creating special pedagogical conditions for orienting to work in a team on the part of the teacher, determining the tools for evaluating the results of teamwork and the effectiveness of orienteering remains relevant.

Abstract

The article reveals the system of conceptual approaches, substantiates the concept of «educational potential of functional literacy «as a dynamic set of concepts (socio-cultural, personal, content — activity, methodological) and a necessary resource and means of preparing a graduate for life in the conditions of the region».
The target characteristics facing the school in the conditions of transition to the information society are shown. The main content lines of functional literacy formation in the regional educational community of KhMAO-YUGRA are given. In the article the authors revealed the psychological and pedagogical understanding of functional literacy as an individual and personal characteristic of a graduate of an educational institution; its functional and didactic significance, design features, methodological techniques that affect the specifics and quality of educational activities.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of motivation in foreign language classes at a non-major university. The aim of the work is to identify effective ways of developing communicative motivation in the process of forming universal competences. The study is based on the idea of the need for a communicative approach to the organization of teaching a foreign language in professional activities. The basic concepts of the research are presented and analyzed. The directions of the content of training in the creation of the educational-methodical complex of the discipline «Foreign language in professional activity» in the system of training masters have been determined. The results of the study showed that in order to develop and maintain long-term communicative motivation during the entire process of learning a foreign language, personal interest and activity of students during contact and independent work are necessary. The relevance of topics and proposed materials and appropriate forms of educational interaction contribute a lot to it.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the characteristics of students’ preparation for professional activity in the conditions of university education. Based on the analysis of researches and their own work experience, the authors propose a dynamic model developed by them for the formation of students’ readiness for professional activity and argue for the role of project-based learning in this process. The purpose of the article is to generalize and to structure data on the implementation of project-based learning in higher education based on the understanding of the experience of Surgut State Pedagogical University and to develop on this basis recommendations on the use of project-based learning to improve the effectiveness of the formation of professional competences of undergraduate students, underlying their preparedness for professional activity. The scientific novelty lies in the presented dynamic model, which can be implemented in the process of teaching students in different areas of training.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of reflexive and value-based support of pedagogical university students’ professional and creative training.
The purpose of this research is to determine the regularities and principles of this phenomenon, which form the core of the concept we are developing. We have identified regularities of reflexive and value-based support of pedagogical university students’ professional and creative training: an attributive regularity, as well as regularities of conditionality and effectiveness. Also general principles (scientific nature, accessibility, flexibility), specific principles of regularity of conditioning (humanistic dominant, development of the value-based field, openness), attributive regularity (integrative integrity of professional and creative training, support, cultural conformity of the environment) and regularities of efficiency (efficiency, self-motivation, professional and creative actualization) are ouylined.

Abstract

All researchers of the competence approach declare that each competence has a component composition, and the cognitive component is a mandatory component. Currently, a large number of pedagogical studies are being conducted on measuring the result of the formation of competencies. One of the key criteria for assessing the level of formation of universal competencies of future teachers is the cognitive component.
The authors had a task to study the process of formation of the cognitive component of universal competencies in the context of the competence approach, to characterize the cognitive component as a structure of universal competencies and to identify ways to evaluate the cognitive component of universal competencies of future teachers.
The research was based on scientific and methodological literature that reveals the essence of the educational process in higher educational institutions, studies the implementation of the competence approach and the problems of assessing the universal competencies of future teachers. When studying these sources, methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis, their abstraction and concretization were used. The analysis and conclusions of the study can be used in scientific and pedagogical activities in the construction of the educational process in higher educational institutions.

Abstract

The processes of digitalization and the transition to new intellectual platforms are one of the leading tools in the formation of key professional competencies of future managers in the implementation of a strategy to increase competitiveness in modern universities. The article discusses the problem of the formation of professional competencies and qualities of a university manager in the digital environment of higher education. The results of an analytical study on the problem of training management personnel in a digital educational environment are presented, an analysis of revolutionary theories of management, management and approaches, professional competencies and qualities is presented, an understanding is given of the content of the activities of a university manager as part of a strategy for adapting Russian universities to ongoing changes in the world and society.
The interactions that arise and form in the intra-university environment between teachers, students and administration in the process of preparing effective managers in terms of promoting projects and initiatives that have a constructive impact on the formation of future specialists' competencies necessary for educational and scientific transformation are considered.
The results of the analytical study allow us to see new opportunities for training effective managers in the information environment of the university, which is a complex system of data transmission tools, software and methodological support and is focused on the needs of students of an educational nature, and can be used to select tools for the formation and development of professional competencies of top managers. The transition to learning using digital resources of the information environment of the university involves changing the content of their education and methods of its implementation.

Abstract

The proposed material reflects some of the basics of the concept of communicative training of students at the university. The new subject-subject paradigm in the system of higher education predetermines the creation of conditions for the successful formation of communicative competence among future specialists as an important component of general professional training.
The initial scientific message of the publication is the thesis, that the game is a unique mechanism for the accumulation and transfer of social experience related to the rules and norms of communication, including professional ones.
The theoretical ideas developed by the author of using CSG (as a system-forming factor in vocational training) allow for the communicative training of specialists on an integrative basis that meets the specifics of modern linguodidactics.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the work of the regional innovation platform on the topic «Network interaction of institutions of secondary and additional professional education on the basis of a system of workshops created as part of the implementation of the event «State support of professional educational organizations in order to ensure compliance of the material and technical base with modern requirements» of the federal project «Young Professionals».
To prepare the article, general theoretical methods of analysis, synthesis, modeling, a theoretical method of classification and empirical methods of questioning and questioning were used.
The result of the work of the regional innovation platform of the Saratov region was the gradual development of an organizational and functional mechanism for the network interaction of organizations of the secondary and additional professional education on the basis of a system of Workshops, including the content and methods used. In addition, a package of regulatory and legal documentation has been prepared, which has passed a public examination and allows for the full use of the Workshops resources by the organizations of the secondary professional education of the region.

Abstract

The research is devoted to the study of the influence of professionally applied physical culture classes on the motivation and attitude to professional activity of students in the system of secondary vocational education in the specialty «Electrification and automation of agriculture».
The novelty of the article lies in the fact that an attempt has been made to explore the possibilities of using test methods for determining motivation, attitude to the profession, the level of development of PVK in a single complex by introducing and updating questions in the questionnaire about the importance of PPFP in the working profession. As well as the accentuated inclusion in the PPFP section of physical exercises aimed at the development of specific PVCs.

Abstract

The article considers the approach to studying the course «Fundamentals of Pedagogy» in the conditions of a music school (college) in the context of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Secondary Professional Education of a group of specialties 53.00.00 «Musical Art». The article defines the possibilities of forming professional competencies of students of a music school (college) in the process of mastering the discipline as the basis for future pedagogical activity in educational organizations of various levels and types. The article specifies the place of the discipline «Fundamentals of Pedagogy» in the content of the professional module «Pedagogical Activity», emphasizes the systemically important nature of teacher training and the integrity of psychological, pedagogical, methodological and special professional training of graduates. Attention is focused on the specifics of course development in connection with the peculiarities of the student body of the music school. These peculiarities involve the need to increase motivation for pedagogical activities and the study of pedagogy, based on the initial orientation of students mainly to performing activities. In the article, we outlined the role of discipline in students' awareness of the social significance of the pedagogical profession, in the formation of readiness for pedagogical practice and final state certification. In this regard, we identified the sources of updating the content of the discipline as a factor contributing to achieving the quality of professional training and building the future vocational and pedagogical career of graduates of the music school (college).

Abstract

Despite a rather long period in implementation of All-Russian complex «Ready for Labour and Defence (GTO)» in educational establishments in Russia (since 2014), the great number of children and teens are not able to perform the established standards in this complex that summarize their conditional physical preparation.
One of the main reasons of the situation, according to the author, is the lack of systemic informational provision of trainees that is the key condition for effective management of training process for performance of the suggested complex standards. At the same time the core factor of informational provision is monitoring.
The aim of the research, the results of which are presented in the article, is in substantiation of possibilities of monitoring application for implementation of main functions of management of the training process of children and teens for performance of GTO complex standards.
The main theoretical method of the investigation was the analysis of literature references and documents on the studied problem. While holding the experimental part of the work the survey technique was used. This technique was oriented to receiving the empiric material connected with the assessment of learners’ awareness in GTO complex standards and self-assessment in readiness for their performance.
The results of the research, that define the scientific novelty, are the substantiation of monitoring value and specific practice-oriented recommendations on implementation of main management functions (planning, control, stimulation and organization) in training children and teens for performance of GTO complex standards at the expense of systematic informational provision of trainees and a trainer in current and final results.

Abstract

The article describes the pedagogical technology proposed by the author to preserve the contingent of young hockey players of initial training groups on the basis of health conservation.
The relevance of this work can be considered a contradiction between the coach’s natural desire for the development of young athletes and the need to achieve victory at any cost. It is necessary to take into account the biological age of the athlete, only with special attention of the coach to the comprehensive control and development of the wards it is possible to achieve optimal sports results and sports longevity. The purpose of the article is to develop a pedagogical technology for preserving the contingent of young hockey players of initial training groups on the basis of health saving.
The study involved hockey players from sports hockey schools of Surgut and Khanty-Mansiysk in the number of 64 people. A pedagogical technology has been developed aimed at the qualitative preservation of the contingent of young hockey players on the basis of health saving. This technology is being introduced by us into the training process of the Olympian sports school in the period 2020–2023, implemented in three stages and is a new form of work for such institutions.
Ensuring the safety of the contingent of hockey players of the initial training groups is possible with the introduction of pedagogical technology into the training process based on the principles of health conservation, which implies a systematic approach to all aspects of the training of young athletes.

Abstract

The article discusses one of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of a value attitude to the culture of the native land (on the example of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra) in children of senior preschool age — increasing the competence of preschool teachers in the implementation of the regional component of preschool education. The results of the pedagogical study allowed the author of the article to assess the significance of the identified condition in the aspect under study. At the formative stage of the study, the author organized the educational process for the formation of a value attitude to the culture of the native land in children of senior preschool age through the implementation of this pedagogical condition. The relevance and novelty of the material lies in the introduction in the educational process of the preschool educational institution of a partial program for older preschoolers «Heritage of Yugra: on the way to the origins» through the organization of a system of in-house and corporate advanced training for teachers on the implementation of the regional component of the OOP of the preschool educational institution.

Abstract

In the article is presented developed practice-oriented model of continuous support of professional self-determination of children and youth in the municipal education system — is a schematic representation of the construction of the process of continuous support of professional self-determination of children and youth in the municipal education system, in which the main components and interrelations between them are identified. The model consists of functional-target, procedural-activity and control-evaluation blocks. In the process of implementing the model, students have a need to navigate an individual trajectory of development. We can also talk about ensuring the continuity of the process of supporting the professional self-determination of children and youth in the municipal education system due to the created psychological and pedagogical conditions. The presented model has its own theoretical description: the psychological and pedagogical conditions necessary for the practical implementation of this model are substantiated; the necessity of creating prerequisites for the manifestation of the activity of the subjects of the educational process in the process of career guidance is shown.; the principle of compliance with the continuity of support of professional self-determination of students from the senior preschool age to their graduation from a general education institution in the career guidance navigation of an individual development trajectory is substantiated. The necessity of taking into account individual professional preferences and inclinations to various types of professional activity, is also substantiated. The obtained results of the experimental verification of the developed practice-oriented model indicate its high efficiency, as well as the readiness of children and youth in the municipal education system for professional self-determination.
