Konoplina is a Doctor of Arts in Pedagogy, Professor, President of Budgetary Institution of Higher Education “Surgut State Pedagogical University”. N.V. Konoplina is an Award Recipient for Excellence in Public Education, Ho. Award Recipient for Excellence in Public Education, Honoured Teacher of the Russian Federation, Honoured Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

N.V. Konoplina has set up the Program of Developing the Professional Pedagogical Education System in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra. Her area of expertise is education system management and the theory of higher education.

Nadezhda V. Konoplina is also the author of more than 100 research papers on the theory of education and the practical aspects of education system management. She is the Founder and the Curator of the periodical professional journal “The Pedagogical System Management: Its Theory & Practice”. She is also the Founder and the Editor-in-Chief of the scientific periodical peer-viewed journal “Surgut State Pedagogical University Bulletin”.
