Features of Innovative and Entrepreneurial University Infrastructure in the Context of «University 3.0» Model

Abstract
The article examines specifics of university’s activities as a center for the formation of technological innovations and entrepreneurial initiatives. The author detects the key features of university’s innovative and entrepreneurial infrastructure: the multifunctionality of structural units, the priority of technological entrepreneurship, partnership with industrial and financial businesses, multi-vector communication with young audience. Advantages and risks of participants in innovative entrepreneurship in the educational sphere are systematized. It is actualized that the innovative and entrepreneurial development of higher education is a modern trend that determines competitiveness of universities and regional economic systems.
