Use of Regional History Materials in Blended Learning

Abstract
The article presents the analysis of the author experience in creating and using a thematic case based on regional historical materials and used in the practice of blended learning. The introduction characterizes the main factors of relevance and practical significance of the topic, among which the importance of using blended learning models. The effectiveness of the use of regional material in teaching history in the process of implementing blended learning models is emphasized. The practical purpose of the authors’ work was to create a thematic case designed for use in the practice of blended learning. The informational basis of the educational content was the research archival materials of the authors who made up the content of the case. The methodological basis for the development was the “Flipped Classroom” model, as well as the principles of project-based learning. The result of the practical work was a developed case, the approbation of which confirmed the effectiveness of the use of regional historical content in blended learning for the formation of both subject results and cognitive competencies.
