Development of the Inclusive Competence of the Future Teacher in the Educational Process of the University

Abstract

The article analyzes modern approaches to the problem of developing the inclusive competence of future teachers. Within the framework of the study, it is considered as a component of professional competence, including a set of value orientations, motives for professional activity and the ability of a teacher to achieve results in educational activities with children with special educational needs. The results of the study show that a high level of inclusive competence of future teachers is ensured by the complex formation of its structural components based on the identifi psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of inclusive competence.
