Methodological Grounds for Organization of Occupational Safety Internships

Abstract

The relevance of the issue is due to the need to develop a common culture of citizens safety. The implementation of this task is considered through the integration of occupational health science with modern research, through the transformation of the methodological support of the process of training employees in the field of labor safety.

The purpose of this article is to identify and substantiate a new methodological basis in the construction of a system of occupational safety internships for employees.

Materials and methods. The solution to this problem is to ensure the unity of the theoretical and practical aspects of training on labor protection, by building a consistent multi-level methodological basis for practical training of employees on labor protection.

Results and discussion of results. It seems to the authors that one of the possible strategies for the implementation of modern training can be a system of internships designed on new methodological grounds: systemic, synergistic, resource, activity approaches — at the strategic level of the methodology; context-competence, participatory approaches and theory of individualization of education — at the tactical level; the principles of andragogy, the balance of interiorization and extriorization of knowledge, the mismatch of periods of individual-age and socio-professional development of a person.

New methodological grounds for organizing internships would be useful for methodologists of training centers, corporate universities, teachers of professional education, heads of employee career development departments, and research teachers.
