Важность образования состоит в том, что как система воспитания и обучения личности она формирует у школьников базовые ценности, необходимые для общественного развития. Цель — показать, что образовательная область «физическая культура» обладает необходимым ценностным потенциалом по выполнению задач, перечисленных в Стратегии национальной безопасности Российской Федерации. В Сургутском государственном педагогическом университете разработан новый подход к процессу двигательного обучения, который повышает ценностный потенциал уроков физической культуры. Инновационность подхода к процессу обучения двигательным действиям заключается в том, что в нем применена кооперация основных положений учения Н. А. Бернштейна и теории функциональных систем П. К. Анохина. Применение нового функционального подхода к обучению двигательным действиям на уроках физической культуры выводит сам урок на новый уровень, он становится действенным инструментом по формированию у занимающихся ценности занятий физической культурой и спортом и таким образом повышает свой существующий ценностный потенциал. Реализация учителями на уроках физической культуры положений нового подхода в двигательном обучении закрепляет у детей необходимые знания и умения их осознанного применения в различных формах физкультурно-спортивных занятий. Новый подход в двигательном обучении способствует достижению целевых показателей, указанных в Стратегии развития физической культуры и спорта в Российской Федерации на период до 2030 года и позволяет реализовать задачи национальной безопасности России по развитию человеческого потенциала.
The importance of education lies in the fact that as a system of personal education and training, it forms the basic values necessary for social development in schoolchildren. The aim is to show that the educational field «physical culture» has the necessary value potential to fulfill the tasks listed in the National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation. Surgut State Pedagogical University has developed a new approach to the process of motor learning, which increases the value potential of physical education lessons. The innovativeness of the approach to the process of teaching motor actions lies in the fact that it uses the cooperation of the main provisions of the teachings of N. A. Bernstein and the theory of functional systems of P. K. Anokhin. The application of a new functional approach to teaching motor actions in physical education lessons takes the lesson itself to a new level, it becomes an effective tool for the formation of the value of physical education and sports among those involved and thus increases their existing value potential. The implementation by teachers in physical education lessons of the provisions of a new approach in motor training strengthens children’s necessary knowledge and skills of their conscious application in various forms of physical education and sports activities. The new approach in motor training contributes to the achievement of the targets specified in the Strategy for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and makes it possible to implement the tasks of the national security of Russia for the development of human potential.
